The location is very nice with a beautiful panoramic view over the mountains. All apartments are south facing with large panoramic balcony or garden.

The bus stop is just 100 meters away. The shuttle travels to Siusi, to the cable car from Siusi to the Alpe di Siusi and in the surrounding villages.

The apartments in the Villa Pircher are for 2 to 5 persons. They are new, modern and very comfortably furnished.

Each apartment has 1 or 2 double rooms with 1 or 2 baths, living room with kitchen and large balcony or garden.

Each apartment consists of 1 or 2 double rooms with 1 or 2 bathrooms, living room with kitchen and a spacious balcony or garden. The kitchen is completely furnished, apartments are equipped with SAT-TV, safe and free Wi-Fi.

On request, we also offer a fresh bread service for the Villa Pircher. We also offer a laundry service for our guests.

The house has a beautiful garden with a barbecue, a table, a bench and a sandpit for children. Near the house, there is a forest, meadows and a car park.

We rent the apartments daily (according to availability), on a weekly basis, a monthly basis or for a full year.
